2ND PREPARATION PERIOD (December – March)

A.     GENERAL MOTOR SKILLS

  • 2 stable complexes of physical development (8-10 exercises) outdoors
  • 2 stable complexes of physical development indoors
  • 2-3 games, relays, routes that include various motor actions (indoors)
  • Acrobatic gymnastics elements (rollings, shoulder stands, bridges, head stands)
  •   2 stable complexes of exercises at the gym bench (12-14 exercises)

B.     DEVELOPMENT OF MOTOR SKILLS

General and specific skill

  • Games, relays, routes with motor actions of increasing complexity
  • Handle jumps
  • Ball-sensing specific exercises

Speed

  • Relays, contests for reaction and running speed
  • Technical training for execution speed
  • Game for optimizing solution speed

Endurance

  • Indirectly, through all the proposed and performed activities
  • 2x600m in 2/4 (no timing) outdoors; P=5 min

Strength

  • 4×20 knees up
  • 4×15 crunches
  • 4×15 back
  • 4×10 push-ups

*the technique of performing the above will be identical with programme 1

C.  TECHNICAL PREPARATION

  • Outdoors, game on smaller pitch 6×6 with GK, 3×3 with smaller goals
  • Indoors – inner foot kicks against the wall
  • Head kicks in pairs
  • Simple technical structures with finishing

D.     SMALLER PITCH GAME

  • 6×6, 5×5, with GK outdoor or indoor

E.     PROPOSED COMPLIMENTARY ACTIVITIES

  • Swimming pool training – 1x/week
