- 2 stable complexes of physical development (10-12 exercises)
- 1-2 stable complexes from running
- 1 complex of exercises with variants of running (avoiding, returns, direction changes)
- 2 dynamic games, relays, routes with diverse and complex motor actions
B. DEVELOPING MOTOR SKILLS
General and specific skill
- Games, relays, routes with integrated motor actions of high-level complexity
- Handle jumps
- Specific ball exercises
Speed
- 1x15m in 4/4
- 1x15m in 4/4 (with ball)
- 1x30m in 4/4
- 2x (5+5m) in 4/4
- 2×2 (5+5m) in 4×4 (with ball)
- 10x15m in 4/4 (with direction changes) – flagpoles, cones
Endurance
- 800m in 2/4 (no timing) at the end of every training session
Strength
- 4×20 squats
- 4×15 crunches
- 4×15 back
- 4×10 push-ups
*the technique of performing the above will be identical with programme 1
C. TECHNICAL PREPARATION
- Analytical exercises (ball-kicking, various ball-drives, trapping, aerial game)
- Simple technical structures
- Finishing exercises
- Elementary technical-tactical actions:
- still kicking (passing)
- trapping + run kicks
- trapping + driving + finishing
*individually and in pairs
D. SMALLER PITCH GAME
- 6×6 on a 30/20m and 40/20m pitch
- 3×3 small goals
- 2×2 small goals
- 1×1 small goals
E. PROPOSED COMPLIMENTARY ACTIVITIES
- Swimming 1-2 times/week (summer)
- 1-2 trips (6-8 km)
