A. GENERAL MOTOR SKILLS:
- Knowledge of exercising-repeating positions
- Knowledge of movements of the body segments (arms, trunk, legs, head)
- Variants for walking, running, jumping
- Throws-catches, balance, climbing-descending, crawling, escalade, tractions, pushes, weight transportation
- Elements belonging to acrobatic gymnastics
- Dynamic games, relay, applied tests that include various motor solicitudes
B. PRIORITIZED DEVELOPMENT OF MOTOR SKILLS
General skills:
- Various motor actions (performed individually, in pairs, in group, with or without opponents)
- Creating motor solutions that employ a personal way of resolving and rapid orientation
Speed:
- Exercises and structures for reaction, movement, execution speed – as much as one can within a skill-using regime
- Indirectly through relays, dynamic games, applied tests, game as such
General endurance:
- Continuous efforts with the progression of duration and distance
- Cumulative effect of repetition in preparations and game
Force:
- Actions over one’s own body through muscular contractions
- General dynamic force
- Muscles – local muscular endurance
C. TECHNICAL PREPARATION
- Analytical teaching-learning

The division of standard preparation means was made by splitting the annual football preparation cycle into 3 preparation periods:
- 1st Preparation period (August-November)
- 2nd preparation period (December-March)
- 3rd preparation period (April-July)
