Materials: 5 poles and balls
Description: 2 teams (yellow vs, red) practise possession against another team (the blue players from the centre) – the players having the possession must stay on the sides of the pitch only – a single player, from a team that maintain the ball, is allowed to be free, in the centre, to help maintaining possession (jolly) – the team whose player delivers a wrong pass, comes to the centre to recover the ball.
They play halves of 4-5 min with a 1 min break
